This "Empty Chair" was created by Maarten Baas, a well-known dutch designer. It was designed for Amnesty International to honor Chinese nobel peace prize winner liu xiaobo.

The original "Empty Chair" was a 5-meter-chair with a long ladder back towers reaching into the sky. That means freedom of thought and speech is important for all. Freedom Of Creation helped him redesigning the piece into a miniature 3D print. Actually they are nice 3D printed brooch design that you can wear. It turns designer's artwork into a meaningful fashion project.
