3DBuzz.com is a site offering great tips and tutorials on modeling and texturing. The folks at 3DBuzz has posted a set of basic video tutorials which focuses mainly on the Blender (2.58) interface. There are totally 63 videos for Blender available for download. A while back they didn't have much blender tutorials to offer, but now seems they just want to focusing on it and to produce more videos to increase complexity.
This introductory series is "Blender Fundamentals" which is pretty conceptial covering the concept and the Blender interface for beginners, each lasting from 4 minutes to 20 minutes. You can download them here.
This week 3DBuzz annouced its new upcoming 6-week live online classto it 3DBuzz Member Sponsor subscribers covering the essentials of 3D animation production with Blender.
