If you are a big fan of Minecraft you might like these adorable 3D printed Minecraft figurines. These models were all created in Blender, resized in netfab and printed in a (fully coloured) sandstone material via the 3D printing company Shapeways.

The manufacturer and seller Delta Edge says:

For anyone wondering about the time involved in creating these guys, I started with the Creeper, which took me 2-3 months to complete and many, many, many uploads/reuploads to shapeways. At that stage I was just trying out the idea for the project, and had uni etc getting in my way. It took quite some time and effort to get the method to create a 3D print together, that plus sorting out what format to export to, how to resize properly, getting the larger models to be hollow and cost efficient etc.

It was a lot of work, but after the creeper Id learnt everything I needed to. And there was a couple of days there where Id produce 4-5 models per day, so things got quite efficient in the end.

Most of the larger models are hollow to lower the cost. These 3D printed Minecraft figurines are priced from €5.52 all the way up to €17.06.
