.MGX, the design division of Materialise N.V. announces the launch of their new series of hats manufactured using a variety of 3D printing methods. 3D printing technology allows the company to design, produce and customize shapes that would otherwise be impossible to realise.

H.MGX

Designed by renowned milliner Elvis Pompilio in collaboration with the design agency .rad Product, the H.MGX harks back to the early days of the fedora when it was first introduced as a hat for women and style icons. Thanks to 3D Printing, the H.MGX is much lighter and more intricate than the classic fedora.

Priscilla.MGX

A highly detailed, modern versions of the veil - the headpiece that signifies mystery.

Bruxelles.MGX

Inspired by the city that designers Elvis Pompilio and Laurent Chabrier (of .rad Product) call home, this detailed headpiece features some of the places they love most. It is truly unique!
