With a background in system design, optics and plastics tooling along with an intense interest in 3D Printing, it became obvious that taulman3D was determined to bring high strength materials to the 3D Printing Community. Last October taulman3D released popular 618 Nylon Co-Polymer, today it has released a completely new high strength material for those users that print mostly with PLA or lower temperature 3D Printers.
This new material is called “t-glase” (tee glass) short for tough glass and from the initial photos, it does indeed look like a water clear glass line.
According to Taulman3D, it has the following main features:

Optimum temperature is about 210c to 220C, but will print down to 207C and up to about 235C

FDA approved

Reclaimable: It is not biodegradable like PLA, but it is considered 100% reclaimable. Thus the new “struders” that convert failed prints back to usable line work perfectly with t-glase.

Very low shrinkage

Clarity
-
No odors or fumes
