Stratasys Asia Pacific, a subsidiary of 3D printer manufacturer Stratasys, has announced that it has received very high scores on the global Stratasys Customer Satisfaction Survey for 2012, setting a clear industry benchmark for customer satisfaction in today's 3D printing world.

The Stratasys Customer Satisfaction Survey is being conducted annually as part of the company's commitment to Service Excellence. Over 67% of the Stratasys customers from across Asia completed the 30-minute independently conducted survey, another reflection of the high level of support to the company.

"These are record highs for customer satisfaction industry-wide. We are honored that our customers have placed us among the leaders for 3D printing in this region when it comes to customer satisfaction for technology, support and service," said Jonathan Jaglom, General Manager, Asia Pacific & Japan of Stratasys.

The average score of the overall customer satisfaction with Stratasys is 4.1, out of the highest possible score of 5. Eighty percent of the respondents gave 4 out of 5 (51% of the total) or a perfect 5 out of 5, the highest possible score (28% of the total).

When asked about Stratasys service levels and support, 80% of the respondents voted either 'extremely satisfied' or 'satisfied.' Seventy-one percent of Stratasys' customer base has commented their likeliness recommend Stratasys to your peers in other organizations.

Maintenance of the printer has been fuss-free, and our local Stratasys partner has always been responsive."
