Geeetech, a ShenZhen based 3D printer startup, has just launched its new GiantArm D200 cloud 3D printer on the market. Boasting versatility and agility, the new GiantArm brand is engineered with the vision of embracing the bold ideation and creative passion of all 3D printing users.

The GiantArm D200 3D printer was created, Geeetech says, with the aim of innovating and pushing the boundaries of product design and production to deliver a consistent and reliable printing experience for users. Thanks to a number of features, Geeetech says its new 3D printer is suitable and easy to use for both beginners and professionals.

The features generating the most buzz around the 3D printer are its smart cloud 3D printing solution, filament detector, break-resume capability, WiFi connectivity, and intuitive 4.3 inch full-color touch screen. The 3D printer also comes equipped with EasyPrint 3D software and the versatile EasyPrint 3D app.

The smart cloud 3D print solution, which combines 3D printing with internet cloud-based technologies, allows users to select their favorite 3D models and to control the entire printing process via the EasyPrint 3D App. This enables makers to print anywhere, anytime.

The GiantArm D200’s filament detector, for its part, will issue a buzzer warning and send a notification to the app when filament is running low. Additionally, this feature will pause the print temporarily if the filament fractures or runs out. This smart tool lets users handle any filament-related situations and resume their prints in a time efficient manner.

Similarly, the break-resuming feature can free users from the challenges of inadvertent print interruptions caused by power failure. The advanced break-resuming system makes it possible for users to save their print status in real-time and to resume their printing as if it never stopped. It also enables users to complete a large print over several printing periods.

The EasyPrint 3D printing software that comes with the GiantArm D200 3D printer is accessible for both beginner and expert users and is well suited for both customizing print settings as well as controlling and monitoring the print process. When connected to WiFi, the intuitive and convenient EasyPrint 3D app allows users to control the whole printing process freely and provides free access to 3D models through the cloud gallery.

In terms of specifications, the GiantArm D200 3D printer boasts a build volume of 300 x 180 x 180 mm, a layer resolution of up to 50 microns, and a print speed of 80 to 110 mm/s. The printer’s body, consisting of a laser-cut steel frame, offers a sturdy and resilient structure. Its five-spot auxiliary leveling allows users to calibrate the building platform instantly, significantly reducing the risk of failed prints caused by an unleveled platform. This function helps the GiantArm D200 to produce reliable and good quality prints.

Notably, the 3D printer has an open filament system, which means that users are free to choose their preferred filaments and printing materials. Supported filaments include ABS, PLA, flexible PLA, wood-polymer filament, HIPS, and more.

In keeping with its motto “Quality Products and Thoughtful Services, We Deliver,” Geeetech says it is forging ahead with its GiantArm 3D printer with the aim of offering customers a reliable, user-friendly, and versatile machine.
