Professor Art Olsen of The Scripps Research Institute presents how they use a chemical analysis software in the lab to track the motion of 3d printed models. he uses a webcam to track 3D printed models of enzymes and drug molecules, from the video you can see how they can fit by each other. they combine physical model with computer calculations by using augmented reality so they can see how well the drugs will inhibit the enzymes for HIV protease.
