A lock mechanism part for the Matsui MF654EWN dishwasher was broken. That's quite annoying because you really need it but you can not find a replacement in any repair shop. Robin's friend Jukka came to him looking for a solution - of course, Robin has a 3D printer. They took two hours designing a more simplistic part than the original piece and it turns out to be the best replacement part. The new part was very sturdy and it was printed on a RepRap Prusa Mendel 3D printer but works ever better than the original part that breaks easily.
