Barnacules Nerdgasm was bored and decided to print some LEGO compatible blocks on his Ultimaker 3D printer. He picked up the model from Wizard23 on Thingiverse and printed out the common 2x2 and 4x4 Lego blocks, no support needed. All the LEGO's were printed at 0.1mm layer height in silver PLA and is compatible with real LEGO's perfectly. Check out the video below.

This is awesome. I bet it's just a fraction of the Lego cost. Now I just need to get a hold of the file and find someone with a printer.

They look very crusty and of low quality. Layers are visable and HUGE!
