This is something many have been waiting for. Affordable, easy to use and a good looking 3D printer. Chinese manufacturer mostfun.cc has launched their Mostfun 3d printers on Chinese crowdfunding site DemoHour.
The Mostfun plug-&-play 3d printer is probably the most good looking 3D printer from Chinese manufacturers up to now. It is smaller than your microwave and comes with a fully-enclosed shell with windows on four sides. An internal LED allows you to see what's going on when the printer is printing.
The Mostfun has two models: Mostfun Sail and Mostfun Pro. Mostfun Pro has the same features as Mostfun Sail. The only difference is the WiFi module - it allows online printing via wi-fi.

The team has spent the last eight months developing the first prototypes. The models currently launched on Demohour are test model, engineering model and final version.
- Test model is for internal testers and trial users. It has white frame and includes handmade parts. No support to SD card offline printing.
- Engineering model has silver frame made with better processing technique. It includes machined parts and is assembled by the MostFun team. It is capable of offline printing via SD card.
- The Mostfun final version has all the options of the Engineering model, but it will be manufactured by contracted factory, and will be improved according to test results.
The Mostfun Sail Engineering model was available on Demohour for ¥1960 ($315), currently all gone.
The Mostfun Sail final version is priced at ¥2,880 ($460, €336, £280) on DemoHour. The retail price will be ¥3,580 ($575, €418, £348).
The Mostfun Pro final version is available for ¥4,299 ($690, €500, £418). After the Demohour campaign, the retail price will be ¥4,780 ($768, €557, £465).
The Mostfun 3D printers was launched on Mar.13, 2014, and has up to now raised RMB 133,610 (US$21,454) on DemoHour. The fundraising ends on May 12.
The Mostfun Engineering model will start shipping on Jun.15, 2014; and the Mostfun final version is scheduled to deliver on July 16, 2014. All 3D printers for Demohour backers will be delivered before August 17, 2014. The mostfun can be a strong competitor for Pirate3D, which will start shipping its budget Buccaneer printers in late April 2014.

Even NEMA24 would be too large for this. The drawing shows an H-like XY. They don't show images to help verify the prototype has H-bot. And an MK7-like extruder with spring lever. Everything else is covered up, so it's not known if there are other bad ideas other than just the extruder setup.

Nema 42 stepper motor. That's bigger than the print size. Really.
