For celebrating US Thanksgiving day, 3D printing shop Mixee Labs launches today two new products: 3D printed Ambigram Jewelry and 3D Printer Charm.
Now you can design your own ambigram and get it printed and delivered to your door. Simply select two characters from a dropdown and you can see your creations in Mixee Labs' interactive, 360 degrees 3d preview. Choose your initials, your home state, or your birth year. Then watch one character morph into another as you spin your design.
The font was meticulously designed by Stijn van der Linden who also designed (Quark Jewelry) so that any combination will print. It's the 2D font designed for 3D printing.
Combined with the freedom to place and rotate the hoop, you can make a truly personal item. This product starts at $10 and is available in SLS Nylon plastic and stainless steel.
3D Printer Charm
3D Printer Charm is designed by longtime 3D printing artist Michael Williams. You can choose two letters or numbers to place on the mini-print bed of this charm. This charm is modeled after some of the first models of desktop 3D printers.
The 3D printed charm starts at $30, and comes in brass or silver.
Thursday (11/27) is Thanksgiving day in the US. For thanking you for supporting their startup throughout the past year, Mixee Labs is also offering 11.27% off Thursday through Cyber Monday. Just enter the gift code "THANKYOUALL" at checkout.
