Product designer Travis Marshall-Walsch is raising funds on the crowd-funding website Indiegogo for his first product, 3D printed Eyelet Bracelet Sunglasses.

Designed to easily wrap and lock around the wrist, Eyelet Bracelet Sunglasses are a convenient and stylish way to carry sunglasses when they aren't needed on the face.

"I've never liked all the different conventional methods of carrying sunglasses," says Travis, in the video on his campaign page. "So usually what I do is set them down somewhere..." He claims it was his tendency of misplacing sunglasses that inspired him to design a product that would solve the problem.

As a 3D printing hobbyist Travis has been using desktop 3D printer to design and prototype his Eyelet Bracelet Sunglasses. However for the final product he will use service from 3D printing company to provide a higher quality sunglasses. Using high resolution 3d printing process, the frames for Eyelet Bracelet/Sunglasses will be produced from a strong and flexible nylon material.

Depending on the contribution made, the sunglasses can be printed in different colors. For example, for $50 you will receive a 3D printed white nylon pair of Eyelet Bracelet / Sunglasses.

Up to now Travis has raise $560 of his $3,000 goal, still 24 days to go before the campaign ends.

More information can be found at Indiegogo Page.
