On 28th & 29th of March the biggest 3D printing event in the Eastern Europe called "Dni Druku 3D" (Days of 3D Printing) took place in Kielce, Poland. It was 3rd edition of this event, but for the very first time it was held on a large scale.

"30 companies. 50 different models of 3D printers. A separate hall in the trade fair complex of Kielce Trade Fairs. 2000 confirmed visitors...Not bad for a event that only a year ago was located in a humble student club with only a few amateur teams presenting their own RepRaps (mostly Prusa or MendelMax copies)." tells Pawel Slusarczyk, CEO of CD3D.

This year, for the first time the event got professional 3D printing exhibitors: both Stratasys and MCor demonstrated their machine and technology.

e-Protoypy has one of the busiest booth, where they showcased dozens of incredible 3D prints made using SLS technology.

The majority of exhibitors are desktop 3D printer manufacturers. Here are some highlights of their products:

3novatica, a.k.a U-Design

Polish company 3novatica, a.k.a U-Design presented new versions of their 3D printers - Profabb GATE and Cubo (which will be called simply Profabb).

H -Bot

The H-Bot by Arkadiusz "don't call me Wulfnor" Śpiewak (also know from designing famous Aluminatus Trident) looks impressive. It's a powerful construction and has same dimensions as Profabb of 3novatica.

Electronics Odo II of Giedi

Tomasz Zwolan and Grzegorz Misztal presented an unusual huge 3D printer, the electronics Odo II.

Voxelizer - software by Przemek Jaworski of ZMorph

Przemek Jaworski of ZMorph 3D Printer presented his new software for 3D printers - Voxelizer. The software converts STL and OBJ files into Voxels – which are equivalent of pixel in the bitmap graphics.
