Chinese 3D printer manufacturer ATSmake announces this week a new FDM 3D printer called Mars.
ATSmake is specifically targeting small and medium sized companies. Founded in 2012 in Shenzhen China, ATSmake produced its first FDM 3D printer 'Planets—Jupiter' in March 2013. In July 2013 they started working on development of SLA printer, which entered its mass production phase in April 2014.
Their new ATSmake Mars 3D printer utilizes Fused Deposition Modelling techniques. Printers that work with FDM printing are usually easy to operate and inexpensive, making them a logical option for regular printing enthusiasts.
The ATSmake Mars features stainless steel shell, 180 x 180 x 180mm build envelope and 0.05mm print resolution. The machine also includes 2.8-inch touch screen interface and WiFi connectivity. In addition, users can control their Mars 3D printer from their mobile device and send gcodes to the printer. Its linear guideways and ball screw control provide high positional accuracy and smooth motion.

The price of ATSmake Mars FDM printer is not available yet. The company is currently preparing launching another new 3D printer by the end of this month. Stay tuned.
