UK fashion footwear designer Janina Alleyne came up with a special high heels design - the Exoskeleton shoes. It was 3D printed in two pieces, up and bottom part and then were joined together. It has an alien look, with a row of white teeth at the toes and spikes on top. I am not certain it will be comfortable to wear but the designer is truly talented.
This collection has two other designs where straps and lacing are added. Reptile shoe features white leather straps and the Scorpion shoe looks exactly as a scorpion with white tale. Exoskeleton shoes are modelled by INNER | LEAF and 3D printed at Shapeways. It is not for sale, but it can certainly serve as an inspiration to other designers to come up with a wide variety of 3D-printed shoes and fashion products.
