French 3D-printing company Sculpteo developed an app that lets users design or customize their unique iPhone case. This app is called "3DPCase" and is free to download at Apple App Store.
User can choose from a range of designs created by a host of renowned designers and then customize the case with your own profile, message and personalized pattern.

The case is then 3D printed using a nylon extrusion process from Sculpteo's 3D printing service and can be delivered worldwide. Sculpteo promises a delivery time of two days for European customers and four days for North American users. Launch price of such a customized 3D printed case starts from $19.95 at the moment.
